Ensuring affordable and quality higher education opportunities for all men and women;
Eliminate gender inequality in education, ensure equal opportunities at the secondary and higher education levels for people at risk, including those with disabilities and small ethnic groups;
Increase the number of qualified teachers at a significant rate;
Construction and development of education infrastructure with children, disabled and gender sensitive and safe, inclusive and effective learning environment.
